I am, first, thankful for my family, friends, and my caring girlfriend. Without the support given by my close network, I would not be where I am today. Second, I am thankful for my education and academic mentors who have provided so much guidance into my graduate school endeavors and research; continuing my studies in my master’s program has given me the ability to be a student and a scholar. Finally, I am thankful to be living where I am today, and to be physically and mentally sound.

There is always something to be grateful for. I am also immensely grateful for my health and happiness and for having such amazing friends and family in my life. They are always supportive of me and I honestly would not be where I am today without them. I am also thankful for having the opportunity to attend such an amazing school. The opportunities and experiences at Chapman University are endless and I am so happy to be a part of that.

I am grateful for having access to education. In many parts of the world I would not have the same opportunities as I do here to engage and learn. I think it is easy to forget this and take education for granted.

I am thankful for the opportunities Chapman University has given me – from unforgettable memories during undergrad years, to a challenging graduate program, and to the start of my career with my first job. It has been an incredible journey growing in this university, and I have cherished each step of the way. Most importantly, I would not have accomplished any of this without my loving family and friends who have supported me during every moment of this incredible journey.

I am thankful for my parents who were able to give me a variety of experiences living in many different countries that have shaped who I am today.

I am thankful for my caring family, friends, and girlfriend. These people have been a huge supporting cast in everything I have been able to accomplish. I have learned throughout my time at Chapman that you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with!
